Mr. AL MAJLESSI received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California at Berkley, School of Environmental Design, Department of Architecture in 1981. Areas of interest included the use of alternative energy in architecture such as active and passive solar design, and Urban Design and Planning. In 1983 he obtained his post graduate degree in architecture from Southern California Institute of Architecture located in Los Angeles, California. Design Tech was established in 1983 in Sausalito, California.  Since then, his firm has designed numerous projects in the Northern California region.  Most of the projects consisted of residential nature of all types such as high density town houses and condominiums, single family subdivisions, and luxury custom residences.
In 1997 he established Design Tech Construction as the real estate development and construction part of the firm which has successfully completed and sold several luxury single family homes and condominiums. Design Tech Interiors was established in 2005 in response to the real estate market’s demand for innovative and exciting staging as an integral part of real estate sales and marketing.
Mr. Majlessi’s experience in real estate development, and construction adds an important dimension to the firm and the type of service it provides. As a result of integrating various elements such as finance, marketing, and cost analysis in the design and construction process, clients have never been more satisfied and better served.
