9 BURELL COURT -  Located in Tiburon, California, the program included complete reconfiguration of the existing 1600 Sq. Ft. structure, and the addition of 2000 Sq. Ft. area including a second story.


 

14 ACELA -  A 4500 Sq. Ft. home, is located in Tiburon, California, and was custom designed, and completed in 2006.

 

31 LEONA -  Located in San Rafael, California, this 5000 Sq. Ft. residence was designed and completed in 1998.  The sprawling floor plan was designed to take advantage of beautiful views of surrounding hillsides and particularly the world famous Marin County Civic Center, designed by the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright.

 

45 SPRING LANE -  Located in Tiburon, California, this 4800 Sq. Ft. home was designed in 2005, but never constructed. The program included five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, two family rooms, formal dining and living rooms.

 

140 HACIENDA -  Located in Tiburon, California, this 4400 Sq. Ft. house was designed and completed in 2001.

 

230 BLACKFIELD DRIVE -  Located in Tiburon, California, this 4300 Sq. Ft. residence was designed and completed in 2000.  The program included five bedrooms, five and a half baths, kitchen and nook, family room, formal entry, dining, and living rooms.


 

2228 VISTAZO  -  Located in Tiburon, California, this 3300 Sq. Ft. home was designed and built in 1999. Four bedrooms, four and half bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, and two family rooms overlook the breathtaking San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.

 


51 GILMARTIN DRIVE -  Located in Tiburon, California, this 4800 Sq. Ft. residence was designed and completed in 2004.  The program included a formal circular driveway, five bedrooms, five and half baths, two family rooms, eat-in kitchen, formal entry, dining, and living rooms.  The floor plans were designed to allow every space to enjoy the breathtaking views of the world famous Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco Bay, Sausalito harbor, and Richardson Bay.

JALEH ESTATES -  Located in San Rafael, California, this sub-urban, yet infill project’s list of tasks included land planning, completion of tentative, and subdivision map, as well as design review  processes.  Programs included four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and areas ranged from 2500 to 3000 Sq. Ft.  All permits and approvals were obtained however, the project was never constructed.

 

5 CECILIA DRIVE  -  This 3400 Sq. Ft. home was designed and constructed in 1990.  The program included four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two family rooms, formal dining and living rooms. The lot is one of a forty parcel subdivision, located in Tiburon, California.

 

9 SKY ROAD -  Located in Mill Valley, California, this luxury subdivision is comprised of four 2-3 acre parcels. This three story, 4500 Sq. Ft. residence is currently in the permit process. The program includes four bedrooms, four and a half baths, kitchen and nook, family room, formal entry, living, and dining rooms.


 

15 SKY ROAD -  Located in Mill Valley, California, this luxury subdivision is comprised of four 2-3 acre parcels. This 7000 Sq. Ft. villa included seven bedrooms, seven and a half baths, Library, and all other amenities for luxury living.  The design was completed in 1989, but never implemented.

26 SKY ROAD -  Located in Mill Valley, California, this luxury subdivision is comprised of four 2-3 acre parcels.
Main residence included 6000 Sq. Ft. in addition to a pool house suite and spa.  The project was completed in 2000.


 

 

 

MULTI FAMILY PROJECTS

 

CASA DEL SOL - Located in Santa Rosa, California, this nearly three hundred unit town house project included the design of the site, The club building and pool facility, and various buildings, and floor plan types. It was completed in 1990 and is now a gated, and beautifully maintained community.

 

DIABLO AVE TOWNHOUSES - Located in Novato, California, this project included forty units ranging from 1200-1500 Sq. Ft. The design was completed in 1987, but never constructed.

 

RIVER SIDE TOWNHOUSES -  Located in Petaluma, California, this 280 unit project was comprised of two and three bedroom units.  Design approvals and building permits were obtained in 1988, however the project was not constructed.
